Creating A Necklace to Hold my Glasses

I had been getting frustrated with constantly changing my reading glasses, so I decided to create a necklace that could hold them when they weren't being used.
My first design used a large clasp, which allowed the glasses to be attached easily. However, I soon realised I wanted a longer necklace that could simply be slipped over my head without needing to fasten and unfasten a clasp each time.
With a collection of bronze rings in my jewellery toolbox, I experimented with using them as the glasses holder. The idea worked perfectly. In fact, I can often fit two pairs of glasses onto the ring when I need to.
I find this much more convenient than hanging my glasses from the neckline of my top or searching for where I last put them. Sometimes the simplest ideas turn out to be the most practical.
