Returns and Refunds

Refund Policy
Every piece of jewellery is handmade by me in my Tea Gardens studio. If there's a problem with your order, I'll do my best to make it right.

Returns accepted within 14 days for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be returned in new/unworn condition. Returns are by post. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee. Faulty or defective items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Change of Mind
Customers are responsible for return postage.

 

Faulty Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with the craftsmanship, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is found to have a fault, I will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If a return is required because of a fault, I will cover the reasonable cost of return postage and the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.

 

Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where required by law.

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and assessed.
