Warranty & Care Policy

 

I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my handmade jewellery. I offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in workmanship, such as faulty crimps, clasps, or initial assembly issues.

 

What is Not Covered
Because beaded jewellery is delicate, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, stretching of elastic cord over time, or accidental breakage (snagging, pulling).

• Damage caused by improper care, including exposure to water, swimming pools, perfumes, lotions, or high acidity from sweat/perspiration.

• Tarnishing or discoloration of plated metals due to skin chemistry or moisture.

 

Repairs Outside the Warranty Window
If your jewellery breaks after the 6-month warranty period, we are happy to offer a repair service for a small fee (plus shipping costs), subject to material availability.
