REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery, returns are accepted only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Deb Carr Jewellery within a reasonable timeframe with details of the issue. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or changes in appearance due to use are not considered faults.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
